CLUB BYLAWS

The Club's bylaws are currently being reviewed by the "Bylaws Committee" chaired by Mike Nagle. The current bylaws are very dated, contain redundancies, are unclear, and desperately need to be edited. The purpose of the bylaw committee is simply to clarify and edit the bylaws to make them more understandable and to help the club function more efficiently. The committee is making great progress and expects a final draft to be ready in May 2005. Once a final document is prepared and approved, it will be posted in this page for you to download and review.

In the meantime, if you wish to receive a copy of the current bylaws document, contact the Secretary or request a copy at the regular Club Membership Meeting.
